COACH WHIT

Like an uncaged tiger, Coach Whit brings resilience, heat, and a quiet power to Awaken Athena. A native of the South Louisiana bayou, Coach Whit has become a force of nature not unlike the hurricanes that peppered her formative years. She is the backbone of the coaching team. What you can expect from her: deep empathy, sharp insight, and a tenacious commitment to integrity.

COACH KEVIN

After serving as the Head Coach at Wake Up Warrior for two years, Coach Kevin founded Awaken Athena with his wife, Coach Whit, to bring their combined vision to a women’s movement unlike anything else on Earth. Full of power, vulnerability, wisdom, and vision, Coach Kevin gives Awaken Athena the solid foundation it needs to change the lives of every woman who joins.
